Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of automotive sales processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and engage potential customers, guiding them through the car buying process from start to finish.
2. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing detailed information on specifications, features, and available financing options.
3. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various models.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
5. Follow up with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals by contributing to promotional events and campaigns.
7. Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and competitors, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market.
8. Prepare and present sales quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
10. Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, vehicle preferences, and purchase history.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards outlined for sales professionals.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful sales track record a plus.
3. Passion for cars and a comprehensive knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and brands.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
5. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
6. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient computer skills in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related applications.
8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings, as required by the automotive sales industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
